QuotCraft uses a three-layer catalogue system. The first layer is your own private catalogue of custom articles and services. The second layer is shared platform articles. The third layer is live data from your connected wholesalers with your personally negotiated prices. All three are searchable from one screen when building a quotation.

Review
Your private articles stay private
Articles you add to your private catalogue are visible only to your account. When you delete your account, your articles are permanently removed. Your pricing, margins, and custom services are never shared with other QuotCraft users.
Bulk margin management
When material costs change, you should not have to update every article one by one. In QuotCraft, select a category or supplier and apply a new target margin. The selling prices across your entire catalogue update instantly.
Wholesaler live sync
Your connected wholesaler accounts sync prices on a regular schedule. When your supplier changes a price, QuotCraft shows a margin alert so you can decide whether to adjust your selling price before you send the next quotation.
