qc_cookie_consent — Type: Necessary. Duration: 1 year. Purpose: Stores your cookie consent preferences so we do not ask again on every visit.

_vercel_analytics — Type: Analytics (if consented). Duration: Session. Purpose: Anonymised page view and interaction data collected by Vercel Analytics. No personal identifiers are stored.

__next_preview_data — Type: Necessary. Duration: Session. Purpose: Used by Next.js for preview mode. Only active for authorised preview sessions.

theme — Type: Necessary. Duration: 1 year. Purpose: Stores your preferred colour theme (dark or light mode).

We do not use advertising networks or third-party tracking pixels on our marketing website without your explicit consent.

This cookie policy covers the marketing website at quotcraft.com only. The QuotCraft application (app.quotcraft.com) uses additional cookies for authentication, session management, and security purposes. Those cookies are described separately in the application's terms of service and are considered necessary for the contracted service.

If you are a QuotCraft subscriber accessing the dashboard, your use of the application is governed by the Data Processing Agreement included in your subscription, which covers how we handle your business data and any technical cookies required for the service.

Some features on our website may be provided by third parties, and those parties may place their own cookies on your device. We keep third-party cookies to a minimum:

Vercel Analytics — We use Vercel's built-in analytics to understand page performance. Vercel Analytics is privacy-friendly by design: it does not use cookies for tracking, does not collect personally identifiable information, and is GDPR-compliant. Data is processed in accordance with Vercel's privacy policy.

Google Fonts — We load fonts from Google's servers. When your browser requests a font file, Google may receive your IP address. We are evaluating self-hosting all fonts to eliminate this dependency.

We do not embed Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, HubSpot tracking, or other advertising trackers without your consent.

QuotCraft cookie settings — Click the "Cookie settings" link in the footer of any page on quotcraft.com to open your preferences panel. You can change your choices at any time, including withdrawing consent you have previously given. Your updated preferences take effect immediately.

Please note that blocking all cookies may affect the functionality of some websites, including quotcraft.com. Vercel, our hosting provider, processes analytics data in the United States but has entered into SCCs to ensure GDPR-compliant data transfer.

We process data collected through necessary cookies on the basis of our legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) in operating a functional and secure website.

We process data collected through analytics and marketing cookies only with your explicit consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you provide through the cookie preferences banner. You may withdraw this consent at any time using the "Cookie settings" link in the footer.
