Why we built QuotCraft
The construction and trade sector has the worst software in any industry. Legacy tools built for accountants. Generic software that does not understand Belgian VAT, Peppol, or wholesaler pricing. Spreadsheets and Word documents that cause errors and lost margin.
We spoke to hundreds of contractors across Belgium and the Netherlands before writing a single line of code. The problems were consistent: too much time on quotes, invoices not sent on time, money lost on outdated price lists, no visibility on which clients pay and which do not.
QuotCraft is the result of those conversations. It is opinionated software — we made choices so you do not have to. Connect your Van Marcke account and your prices are there. Register your Belgian company and Peppol is activated. No setup, no configuration, no IT department needed.
We are still early. But we are building fast, listening closely, and every update ships with a clear explanation of what changed and why. If you have feedback, we genuinely want to hear it.

2023
QuotCraft founded. First conversations with contractors in Antwerp and Ghent.
2024
Private beta launched with 40 contractors in Belgium. Core quotation and invoice workflow established.
2025
Second beta with 200+ users. Peppol certification achieved. Wholesaler integrations with STG, Van Marcke, Rexel, and Sonepar launched.
2026
Public launch across Belgium, Netherlands, Germany, and France.
