Why we built QuotCraft
Trade contractors are often left with accounting-first tools, generic software that misses local VAT and e-invoicing rules, or spreadsheets and documents that create extra work and put margins at risk.
From the beginning, we worked closely with contractors in Belgium and later the Netherlands. The same problems came up repeatedly: too much time spent on quotes, invoices sent late, outdated supplier prices, and little visibility into which clients have paid.
QuotCraft is the result of that feedback. Connect a supported wholesaler to bring in your prices, enter your company details, and QuotCraft applies the relevant local tax and e-invoicing workflows. No complex configuration or IT department is needed.
We continue to build fast, listen closely, and ship every update with a clear explanation of what changed and why. If you have feedback, we genuinely want to hear it.
