Bank transfer reconciliation
Most Belgian B2B clients pay by bank transfer. Import your CODA bank statement files and QuotCraft matches incoming payments to open invoices automatically. You see exactly which invoices are paid and which are still outstanding.
Automatic reminders for late payments
Configure reminder sequences for unpaid invoices: a first reminder three days after the due date, a second reminder seven days later, and a final notice with a statement of Belgian late payment interest. All sent automatically.
