Private clients and businesses handled differently
When you mark a client as a private individual, QuotCraft applies consumer VAT rules. For registered businesses, you can enter their VAT number and the system validates it against the EU VIES register. Cross-border EU B2B sales are handled automatically under the reverse charge mechanism.
Know who to trust
The client card shows every quotation, invoice, and payment linked to that client. You can see at a glance if someone is a slow payer, add a private note, or flag the account. This helps you decide how to handle payment terms on the next job.
Client portal access
Every client can be given access to a secure portal where they view their quotations, signed contracts, invoices, and project progress. You control what they can see.
