What makes a digital signature legally valid
Under EU Regulation 910/2014 (eIDAS), electronic signatures have the same legal effect as handwritten signatures for standard commercial contracts. QuotCraft creates a qualified audit trail that records who signed, from which device, at what time, and with what IP address.
The client experience
Your client receives an email or SMS with a link. They open the quotation in their browser, read through it, and click to sign. The whole process takes under two minutes. They receive a copy by email immediately after signing.
Advanced e-signatures for regulated industries
If your contracts require Advanced Electronic Signatures (AES) with identity verification, QuotCraft integrates with certified eIDAS providers. This is available on the Enterprise plan.
